Shipping & Returns

Transformation MediSpa accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

For domestic orders, shipping price is calculated at checkout depending on your location.

We do not offer International shipping at this time.

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Each item is shipped and inspected by us personally and will not be shipped with any defects.

Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order. We are certain that you will not be disappointed in our products!

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at transform.medispa@gmail.com
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
